• Each piece is uniquely made by skilled artisans; slight variations in colour, texture, and size are natural and reflect authentic craftsmanship.
• Product images are indicative; actual products may vary slightly due to the handmade process.
• We operate on an enquiry-based model; final specifications, pricing, and timelines are confirmed before production.
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel enquiries in case of unavailability or pricing discrepancies, with prior communication.

• Prices are quoted in INR (or USD/EUR for international clients upon request).
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice but will not affect confirmed orders.
• Accepted payment methods include UPI, Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking.
• Custom and bulk orders require an advance payment (typically 50%) before production begins.

• Domestic delivery: approximately 5–7 business days.
• International delivery: approximately 10–14 business days (custom orders may require additional time).
• Delivery timelines depend on production complexity and logistics.
• Shipping costs, if applicable, will be communicated prior to dispatch.
• Dhaaga Fine Arts is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Risk transfers to the customer once the product is handed over to the shipping partner.
